The first problem you face is how do you identify the children so that you can easily deliver personalised orders for each child in the future?

1. So, you've done a photo shoot and taken lots of shots. You need to go into your classroom and create a photo shoot to upload the photos there. You can also create a more detailed breakdown for each class by uploading a generic photo. The system will find all the children accordingly group photoraphy and create individual profiles.
2. After a couple of minutes of uploading the photos to the shared folder, the IzziPih platform will provide you with PDF documents with class lists in which each student has been assigned a personalised access code to the modern online photo shop. You need to give these lists to the school administration and they will forward the individual access codes to the parents directly or through the students.
3. After receiving the access codes, parents go to the Internet address indicated on the coupon and authorise themselves in the online shop by using the code and password, or simply by scanning the QR code. In the online shop parents will see photos of their child only, a group photo and photos of the child with friends. In addition to photos, parents are invited to purchase a variety of souvenir photo products. The Izzipix platform sets recommended prices for products, but you are free to make them higher or lower.
4. Parents pay for the purchase in cashless format - by bank card or through online banks. The bank fee for payment processing is 2.9% of the payment amount + 0.30 EUR for card transactions and a fixed fee of 0.55 EUR for online bank transactions. We deduct this fee from the total amount of the payment and pay it to the banks.
5. When creating a photo shoot in the IzziPix platform, you can specify how long orders are accepted for free delivery to your school or kindergarten (by default we offer 10 days to accept orders). After this period, parents can still place orders for six months, but delivery becomes chargeable depending on the chosen delivery method.
6. At the end of the 10 day period, we will send you a link to download all purchased photos. These photos need to be retouched and uploaded back to the IzziPix platform. You can initially upload already processed photos, but this is quite time consuming and statistically we see that only half of all photos are purchased by parents. Therefore, we suggest waiting until the end of sales and retouching only those photos that have been purchased. The amount of necessary retouching and colour correction depends on the quality of your photo shoot and light, so we advise you to take this issue seriously. In turn, we are ready to offer you a retouching service at the price of 0.40 EUR for each unique sold frame. You can order this service through the platform and our designers will do everything instead of you.
7. When all photos are processed and uploaded back to the platform, we start producing photos and photo products. For each product there is a cost of goods, which we deduct from the total order amount when connecting to the platform. We immediately offer photographers wholesale prices, which are achieved due to the large volume of orders. This is very profitable and even on small orders photographer can earn more.
8. The manufactured goods then go to sorting and packaging. This process can take from 1 to 7 days depending on the number of orders. This stage of work is quite labour-intensive, so the Izzipix platform automates this process as much as possible. The sorting and packing service fee of 0.45 EUR each includes all packing materials.
9. After sorting and packing, all orders are delivered to the school packed and sorted by class. The class teacher will only have to open the box and give each child their own bag containing their personalised order. The total cost of delivery to the school is calculated by the weight of the parcel, on average one delivery will cost you about 1.80 EUR/kg.
